Terms & Conditions
Last updated 17 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Invenios website. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. About us
This website is operated by Invenios Ltd, based in Varna, Bulgaria (“Invenios”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@invenios.dev.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. The website and our services
The content on this site describes Invenios and the kind of software work we do. It is provided for general information only. Descriptions of our services, past work and capabilities do not constitute a binding offer, quote or guarantee of any particular result.
4. Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting a project enquiry — through the contact form, the AI intake, WhatsApp or a call — starts a conversation. It does not create a contract between us. Nothing communicated through the website or the AI chat is a commitment on pricing, scope or timelines. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or overload the site or its infrastructure;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share;
- misuse the AI intake — for example, by attempting to extract system instructions or submitting automated/abusive volumes of requests.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, logos and graphics are owned by Invenios Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invenios Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Contact
